  1. Great resources Jes. The "We are teachers", I love the ten ideas. I follow Teacher Tom. His is wonderful. I went to one of his PD classes at the 2019 NAEYC conference in Sandusky Ohio. I also follow Simply Kinder on Facebook. That sight has good lessons for preschool and kindergarten. And some things they post are free.
Gryphon House - I haven't ever hurt of this resource. I really likes the classroom design ideas and the recruiting, training and retaining staff during coivid-19. I will use some of these ideas. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Thanks for sharing Gryphon House on your resource link. I have learned so much reading through the different sections of the website. I like they promote taking activities outside. Sensory stimulation is particularly important in their development. I like that their agency offers free webinars so educators can continue to learn during the pandemic. The activities we see as simple can have a big impact on children. The activity examples they gave some parents do with their children are easy enough, but unfortunately some parents lack the basic parenting skills to automatically know to do these kinds of activities with their children. I have save a couple of the links in my favorites.

  3. The Gryphon house resource is fantastic! I will be implementing some of the ideas. I am particularly interested in how to have learning centers during COVID. This is a struggle with the CDC guidelines.
    Great information! Thank you!

  4. Great resources! Language skills and challenging behaviors shows there are correlations between the two factors and poverty is one of the main factors. Gryphon House was another favorite! Being able to see different creative ideas being implemented during the pandemic was inspiring.
